Ah romance. There’s truly nothing like watching two souls come together to become one. As a gay romance author, nothing grabs me like a glorious story starring two men seeking that special someone. Over the years we’ve been lucky to be able to enjoy some truly remarkable LGBT love stories. There are far too many memorable couples to name in one blog post, so I tried to whittle it down to a top five list. Oh, my goodness, it was incredibly hard! I’m sure I’ve not included several of your faves, so if they’re missing feel free to give them a shout out.
As I worked on this post it became clear to me that I am wildly attracted to great character development. You’ll see that in spades in each of these couples. I also have a sprinkling of age gap romances because the older man/younger man trope ticks all my boxes. I hope you enjoy this little list. Maybe you’ll discover a new show/couple to follow, or perhaps you’ll just relive a few fond memories of great television romance.
