It’s time for Tuesday Tales!
Today we have an excerpt from Spiritual Whispers, an upcoming PNR gay romance that I’m currently working on for release next year around Halloween.

He laughed aloud. That laugh of his did funny things to me. Made me feel all light and silly. “I think it might be at that! Come on over. We’ll do it all up manly and stuff. Beer.” I wrinkled my nose. “Fine, tea.” I smiled and nodded. “Snacks, jerseys, lots of slapping each other on the ass.” That made my muffin stick in my throat. After a short coughing jag and a long drink of tea, I was set to rights. “I’ll make you nachos and chicken wings.”
“Meh, too salty.” I teased. He chuckled.
“I’ll make caramel popcorn.”
“Ooooooooooo. Caramel corn!? Yes please. I’ll be there with bells on!”
“I knew that would get you. You’re a boy who loves his sweets.” He said it jovially but as our smiling eyes met over the console that mirth shifted into something hotter. The sound of him calling me boy made my blood pulse loudly in my veins. “So yeah, Monday night at eight. I’ll supply the food and tea. You bring an open mind.”
I bobbed my head. Football sounded…fun?
Love caramel corn myself. Great scene.
So, this tea drinker who loves carmel corn is going to open his mind to football? Hmm, why do I think something completely different is going to end up happening? I don’t believe I’m going to have this character to discuss the Giants with. Looking forward to finding out what will go on!
